We are offering a FREE course exploring the Five Ways to Wellbeing and learning how to apply them to our daily lives.
Over three sessions, working together in a small group, we will cover each of the Five Ways to Wellbeing, offering practical tips on how everyone can look after their mental and physical health and help each other develop our own personal approaches.
Dates & Times: Mondays 1pm-3pm; 12th June 19th June and 26th June. You would need to be able to commit to all three sessions.

Refreshments: All provided, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements
